INA & Case Management
Early intervention changes outcomes
Our Immediate Needs Assessments give a clear, structured understanding of an individual’s needs and priorities within days of instruction — so the right support starts sooner.
The earlier the intervention, the more effective rehabilitation is likely to be (NICE, 2022). That’s why we act quickly, with clinical leadership and genuine care — always advocating for the individual and keeping instructing parties clearly informed.
What our Immediate Needs Assessment covers
• Understanding life before the injury — work, social life, family and community
• Reviewing medical records and expert reports to understand the injury and prior treatment
• A holistic view of physical function, social wellbeing and psychological and cognitive health
• Immediate priorities and recommended next steps to build independence
• Short and long-term rehabilitation goals, based on what matters to the individual
Our case managers
Experienced clinicians with backgrounds in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, mental health and nursing — all members of CMSUK, BABICM or the VRA. Our clinical leads specialise in acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation and paediatrics.
